Admission Procedures
Admission Procedure & Rules Regarding Payments
  1. Admission is taken on limited seats, strictly on the basis of merit 1st come 1st serve basis.
  2. Interested students/guardians may Book their seats by taking REGISTRATION.
  3. For Registration : One should fill the Registration Form & Submit it to the office with required documents and Rs. 2350/= as Registration Fee.
  4. Students, who has taken Registration, may take admission within stipulated period(as given/allotted by University & intimated by the institute) by paying its Fee.
  5. Institute Fee may be paid in Monthly installments.
  6. Institution Fee must be paid within 10th days of initial months, in equal installments, failing which late Fine will be charged @ Rs. 10/- per day.
  7. The entire Fee may be paid as Cash & at one time.
  8. University Fee & Examination Fee may be seperately paid as bank drafts, favouring "Registrar, Punjab Technical University" payable at " Jalandhar" & rest of the fee may be paid as bank Draft favouring "National Educational Council" Payable at "Patna".
  9. Fee once paid will not be refundable/adjusted with another student, at any circumstances.

Requirements for Registration/ Admission
  1. 5 Latest colour passport size photographs.
  2. 2 Sets of attested copies of 10th/ equivalent certificate showing Date of Birth.
  3. 2 Sets of attested copies of marksheet of 10+2(inter)/Equivalent, or marksheets of Graduation/equivalent (in case of post Graduate courses), or Admit Card( in case of appearing student)
  4. 2 Sets of attested copies of requisite-certificate (for Lateral Entry)
  5. 2 Sets of attested copies of caste/category certificate (required to avail 25% freeship in institutional Fee).
